Our housing service areas are located in the Northwestern corner of Minnesota, boarding Canada and North Dakota.

We are located approximately 4 to 8 hours from the Twin Cities/Minneapolis/St. Paul/Metro area. We strongly encourage you research what our area has to offer. Most of our service areas are small, remote towns with little access to public transportation.
