	First Time Homebuyers Program
	FTH participants must meet income and program guidelines. The HRA works with the counties of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake and Roseau. Funding for the FTH program is made available annually by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
